Posting Credits and MOTD Shop

MOTD is introducing a rewards system for Managers posting in the forum.
This will be set at 200 Credits for each post in the Build-up and Match Reports forums and up to 400 for postings in the Media and Club Journals section.
Initially these Credits can be used to buy Fitness Packs and Injury/Suspension Packs at a cost of 4000 Credits each.
Other items will be added later (suggestions are welcome but one thing that is being looked at already is some for of scouting).
Further details will follow shortly.
